Meet the Instructor: Priya

Priya is a qualified yoga and meditation teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga, dedicated to guiding students towards greater well-being and self-awareness. She blends traditional yoga practices with modern mindfulness techniques to create a supportive and nurturing environment for learners at all levels. Priya’s small group classes in Chislehurst focus on physical postures while fostering inner peace and mental clarity. Her approach is enriched by continuous professional development, including training with the Yoga in Healthcare Alliance, an NHS-backed initiative, and The Teen Yoga Foundation, which has allowed her to teach teenagers both in and out of school settings. Priya also keeps her first aid training up to date to ensure the safety and well-being of her students.
